The aim is to keep employees seamlessly connected with their organization through mobile and tablet devices, enhancing workforce productivity.
Employees can conveniently record their attendance, request and receive leave approvals, access payslips, and review leave reports anytime and from anywhere. Aligning with a swift employee-centric approach, organizations are empowering their workforce by placing essential information at their fingertips. The PeopleWorks Mobility Solution streamlines managing leave, attendance, and payroll processes.
Access to the application is restricted to registered PeopleWorks users, ensuring privacy and security for user data. To safeguard employees' privacy effectively, the geotracking system activates only when an employee checks in at a designated work location—a measure to monitor movements triggered by self-punched attendance. Users are advised that continuous use of GPS in the background may impact battery life.
